Well...think about it - if he was really that important to Bin Laden would he be out in a city? No they'd have him hiding in the mountains too. The people that are truly important to Bin Laden arent anywhere near cities. They're fighting a guerrilla style. The people who are worthless to them go off into the cities and fight. The ones that cant be lost hide and plan.
