Just when I was told nobody cares about the Christian Family of five making bombs--here comes another news item proving it was no anomaly. Before you get upset because it wasn't a Muslim Terrorist plot--all I have to say is HOORAY for the Law making this arrest and HOORAY for Beyondtherim not going the way of the National Media and avoiding this award winning report, may the views and responses be high. CIA, military, and Pakistani intelligence has him contained within the Afghani and Pakistani mountain ranges. We can't get to him. There was a time when we were monitoring his calls, because of the transmissions from these mountains. However, our media wrecked that weapon for us.

You silly, silly little goose. You are preaching to the choir, except I have the study in my head to classify the terrorists in their perspective categories (and no...religion, and skin color are not the defining factors). You should read about what I have said about terrorism across the forum. You will find that I have labeled "white non-Muslim" terrorists along with Muslim terrorists. However, you are desperately trying to compare a tonka toy to a HMMWV. It just doesn't work. One can be placed in a drawer, the other you cannot.

I am currently in a unit that gives me a break from deploying. It is a higher HQ and I spend much of my time making sure intel reports from all levels get to their correct destinations (Not my real job, but like I said...I'm on a break). This gives me down time to waste your tax dollars as I sit at my desk in uniform and encourage you to bring something substantial to debate about.

The debate on the other thread went from "a Christian terrorist family who makes bombs" (of which your labeling them was based on a Bible found in the house), to Marine General Smedley D. Butler and his interpretations of what the reality opf war is (of which the majority of us in uniform agree with, because we see it), to American paper currency. This all occurred in one page of posts. This is why I left that debate. This is why many abandon your threads. The train of thought is irratic.

Why do appear to be very angry at "whitey?" As I have said before, if you are Muslim, then you should be directing this defenisve posture to the zealots who are destroying Islam on the world stage. If you are racist against "whitey," then display that - Freedom of Speech is grand. I've served in the Corp for 24 years; was a Gunny and now have been an officer. I have been to Storm, and three tours so far in Iraq. I am the protector of the Constitution and I swore an oath to it,"to protect from all enemies foreign and domestic." I'm concerned that this site and related sites are either wacko or taking the context of the Constitution out of meaning. Politics are by no means fair and proper but politicians, the judicial system is fair and is constitutional. Why do you say otherwise? This sounds like some militia paranoia website.

Further, this nation is a corporation and you are considered an employee/ subject to the private laws of the corporation. Read what the 14th amendment created and what a Federal citizen is.

Read the 10 planks of the communist manifesto and compare it to the system we live in. Do you even know what equity is and how the courts operate under equity/ statutory jurisdiction. You are a slave to the current system and the master is the government. The courts do not recognize constitutional argumnets and laugh at people who bring them in. It doesnt matter to them. The legislature writes laws circumventing the constitutions both federal and state.

You may want to do some research on the infringement of U.S. Constitutional rights. For example, Supreme Court Justices who passed the National Eminent Domain Law, have rewritten the constitution and committed a blatant act of judicial tyranny.
