What is the cop's reason for this one? ...and to those of you out there saying, 'it is just a couple of cops' notice the other 5 cops or so helping the tyrant cop and not even trying to stop it.

A perfect example of someone who shouldn't be a police officer. What a douchebag.

THANK YOU for reminding us that there are a lot of bad cops out there, losers who could not find other employment.

BUT there are a lot of good cops who go out of their way to help us citizens in trouble.

After all, when a good person is confronted by a hoodlum, the good person immediately tries to call 911, not BLM or the ACLU or the White House for help.

In that hellhole called New York City, a store owner was just attacked with a rock by some worthless hoodlum, and a cop was just shot for no reason except that "liberals" allow these worthless hoodlums to roam the streets

If you want to see the orgy of violent crime here in the greater Los Angeles area just check out the website of any TV station here.

Have a nice weekend!

Officers are human beings and representative as a microcosm of the communities they are drawn from.

They differ ONLY in the quality of the parsing done of that community’s candidates for the position, how many candidates of good quality may be attracted by the hiring practices and compensation levels offered by that community, and the continuing training and guidance they receive to keep them well adjusted and functioning at high levels after their hiring.

IF a community has bad police it is because that community doesn’t vet/parse their candidates very well, that the candidate pools are small because the compensation packages offered are minuscule compared to starting positions in other professions, and that when they get good candidates they aren’t cared for and maintained very well.

That is the alpha and omega of it. It’s just that simple.

You want quality police officers? Hire quality. Pay them like they are quality. Maintain them like they are quality you’d like to preserve.

Don’t do that, and you have no justifiable right to complain because you’re reaping what you sowed.

I told anyone who would listen that back when I had something to say about it as I was involved in the system that made those parsing, hiring, compensation and maintaining decisions as a contract negotiator for our CBU. No one cared to hear it.

You’re living with what they decided to do instead. Choices that lowered hiring standards, lowered starting pay, reduced the pool of qualified officer candidates, and further reduced already substandard continuing training and officer support programs.

Fix it, or it will get worse.
