I spent over 20 years in the Army, 3 1/2 of those were spent in Iraq. So, um, you were saying?

If you did 20 years, thank you for your service. With your past experience, would you follow anything resembling Biden into a battle planned by him? Of course, you wouldn't have the option but if you did, would you?

Generals today are as political as the two parties, and they adhere to what the president wants and has the final say. If your assessment were true would you gleefully follow the Afghan battle plan of Biden's generals?

I served under Clinton, Bush and Obama. I would have no problem serving under Biden.

The issue is not that Diaper joe withdrew the troops from Afghanistan. Withdrawal was already in the works before Diaper Joe Trump's plan was to have them out in May. Diaper Joe extended that until August 31 for the sake of a symbolic photo-op leading up to the 20 year anniversary of 9/11/01. The issue is the severely botched withdrawal.

I came very close to going to Nam but did not have enough time in service to qualify for the 1-year tour so the order was rescinded. Willingness to serve and die for the left-leaning likes of Clinton, Obama and Biden tells us all we need to know about you.

So you would be willing to serve and die for Republican presidents, but not Dem? In other words you are putting the politics of who's in the WH above the country?

This nation, the United States of American is not any more permanent than the Roman or Babylonian empires of the past. I amazes me that you are so unaware or accepting of the attacks we are now suffering from the far left. If successful, historians in the future will wonder what happed to the Roman and Babylon empires along with the USA.

I served under Eisenhower and Kennedy as a teenager and young adult. Too young and inexperienced to form valid political idiologies. As an adult I would not run to Canada as so many did but go and protect my country from assault. If that service were under any far left liberal socialist minded president I would be there for country but not for them.
