So the leader of the house has told the leader of the united states he is not welcome to give the address at the capital. He responded he was comiing anyway. By law he is not allowed if she doesn't invite him.

Predictions?

He'll resign in disgrace next week. Oh wait, you want predictions, not our most fervent desires.

Okay, to answer your question, he'll deliver an address from the Oval Office and say he didn't want to do it in front of Congress because they don't want the truth to get out. The smart people will laugh at him and his supporters will drool.
 
This is Trump's personal Kobayashi Maru scenario. He's holding a bag of snakes and has nowhere to put it. My ultimate prediction? Trump will cave in to democrats. He won't give the SOTU in the House and he'll reopen the government without his wall and spend the rest of his presidency blaming democrats for the cascade of inevitable failures coming down the pike.
 
Predict he will give his SOTU at a big rally with his supporters in Ohio. Will say something like "would rather be here with you than those pompous elitists." :lol:
