One reason so many people support abortion is because they have no clue what is really going on. They are like the German townspeople living around the death camps who were horrified to learn what had been going on there for years right under their undiscerning noses, albeit not totally without their knowledge.
 
Why do you assume that pro choicers don't know how abortions are done? We do know, we're not ignorant.
