Tenth Amendment
The Tenth Amendment helps to define the concept of federalism, the relationship between Federal and state governments. As Federal activity has increased, so too has the problem of reconciling state and national interests as they apply to the Federal powers to tax, to police, and to regulations such as wage and hour laws, disclosure of personal information in recordkeeping systems, and laws related to strip-mining.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

Supremacy Clause
Article VI of the U.S. Constitution contains the Supremacy Clause, which reads, "This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding." This effectively means that when the laws of the federal government are in conflict with the laws of a state's government, the federal law will supersede the state law.

Additionally, the Federal govt has wide ranging ability to override state election laws based on Art 1, sec 4, clause 1 (time, place, and manner clause)

And I hope they exercise that authority. A cable news show I saw recently spoke of Repubs passing state laws canceling, 'Souls to the Polls' an old practice where many blacks cast their ballot while at church. I knew they were cutting the number of polling places, requiring people to wait in line for hours to vote, but now they've stooped so low as to make it a crime to give someone waiting in line bread and water. They are slowly dismantling the Voting Right Act...

They just passed HR 1. Senate R's will block it. End the filibuster.
 
The Federal Government could mandate as a national Standard, a minimum number of Polling Stations by "Community Population" and minimum number of Persons required to staff these Polling Stations...
(Not by City Population, Not by County Population and Not by State Population), but by "Communities" which exist within Cities/Towns or Rural Areas" and set a Minimum Number of Polling Booths that MUST be within each Polling Station.

And set a Standard of Voting Time Frames for Federal, State and Local that can't be reduced by this 'voter repression games that republican keep promoting".

Hopefully people wake up and start voting these Republicans out of the Senate!!! Then on "in state government" Republican need to never again have a majority!!

He owes the cost of every one of those Rally, (Aid of Insurrection Belligerent Fest) to the Federal Government and to States for the Expense incurred for EVERY Rally (Aid of Insurrection Belligerent Fest)

Unfortunately those provisions did not take into account the divisiveness between the two largest political factions. A good analogy would be it turns out that your forefathers gave the only off switch to skynets control.

America's big issue was allowing Confederates to hold Governing Position... They have been waging war on American Democracy, since the battle field activity of the Civil War ended, they simply moved their War (INSIDE) out Governing Administrative Offices.
When America faces that fact, and use the powers in the Constitution to Remove, Prosecute and Convict and Give out the sentences that are prescribed... then we can move on forward as the American Democracy without this Confederate Autocratic Plutocracy and Race Divisiveness Madness of Confederacy Ideology being involved in our Governing System.
It will take time, because we have a society that spins denials and wallow in lack of being educated to the civics of American Democracy.

Our Future is for the Young People, who invest themselves to read, learn and uncover the truths. They will massive outnumber those who have been groomed and trained in the skin color ignorance of racist stupidity and the savagery of white nationalism. They will also use technology to enforce the defenses they need to charge and convict race hate groups and anti government groups as being seditious, subversive, and insurrected and treasonous.

The current level of Civics intellect in the members of the Baby Boomers is still spinning in some of their minds confabulated folklore about their glory days of being segregationist and lusting for white nationalist... when truth is the aware minded came to terms long ago, to realize the damages that segregation and white nationalism caused and promoted which damaged many generations. The first generation offspring of Segregationist, chase the delusions they were fed, with vain and self centered expectations based on that confabulated folklore, and in doing so, they have voted and stood against their own best interest, with a mentality of trying to deny something to others, while choosing to deny themselves the same, as long as they think they can stop others from gains and equality.

the landscape of Congress will change on the state level and the federal level, these white men of confederacy groomed mentality that exist, in the system of Republicanism, have been exposed during the Trump Madness as being Old Vile Guardians of White Nationalism, and they will be replaced. Young White Nationalist who try to revive their vile savagery of white nationalism will meet with crafting of designating them as treasonous terrorist against American Democracy's Principles and Values.
Young people know... the savagery of white nationalism has promoted its inhumanity and vile greed for too long,

The young generations want a built and bonded future of multi-ethnic and multicultural America, as it was designed to be.
