I just found this article, but it is amazing.

Mass Communication Specialist Diana Quinlan made the following amazing photographs, where she took photographs at the exact same location of a photo taken on 7 December 1941, and combined the 1941 shot with a shot from the same location in 2013. Absolutely stunning.

Just can't understand why war is honoured. It's adults destroying property and killing people in sanctioned fashion. Even though as children we're taught that violence is intolerable and not the way to solve dispute. The fascination with it, and memorialisation is troubling.
