Yes but do those CCTV cameras afford a view of INSIDE the cars.They monitor every transfer on CCTV Camera, and take the license plate. So I'm assuming they'd retrieve the car... and the police would probably want to talk to the mother for being dumb enough to leave her child in the car.

It happens more than you'd think. More often than not it's someone who figures "Eh, I'll only be gone a few minutes, the kid will be fine for that long."I'd imagine you could probably see inside.
I mean what are the actual odds that some dumbass leaves a dog or baby inside the car? Surely they'd realise it even if they did and get the car back straight away.
