Well, results of recent visit of Russian President D. Medvedev to the USA are awaited with keen interest in most Latin American countries, especially in our Venezuela. We know that Russia has had to overcome over hostility of Bush administration and almost undisguised hostility of Obama’s team when it has strived to build relations with its partners from Latin America exclusively on the basis of mutual benefit and confidence. And we should support hard-pressed Moscow now; because its policy is in marked contrast to so usual for us imperial dictate of Yankees, who strive only to monopolize the trade with our countries and our rich resources in order to play the masters in all spheres of our economies and finances.
All Venezuelans are very grateful to Russia for its attempts to oppose American imperial reflections and for wish to givе a real economic start in our life through developing mutually beneficial links. And we call upon the rest countries of our region to go into closer contacts with Russia instead of USA, because it serves to integration of all Latin American States. Only such reliable partners as Russians can really help us to overcome economic, political and social problems without a danger of enslavement. The more especially as most of you have already been in a position to learn it by experience of cooperation with Soviet Union, whose assign is current Russia, as you know!

No, that is not true. Millions of venezuelans hope the USA act soon to abolish their arrogant and corrupted narco-marxist dictatorship.

Good luck, wish Venezuela the best of luck and if it needs more rope just let us know we will send some more. It a shame the hole that Venezuela is digging for it's self won't be realized until it's to late. You know Venezuela can be a patsy for Russia or the USA but one thing for sure Venezuela will be a patsy for one or the other until the people wake up and ELECT a true leader (democratically elected that is).

all i know is that Venezuela is capable of so many good things, the only problem is their president... this guy loves to pick a fight with everyone.... if anything he probably instigates things with his own shadow. .-.

It’s not that that simple. Castro is the one who rules Venezuela. Chavez is just a Castro’s puppet. Chavez not only gives away oil to Cuba, but he also is spreading Castro’s communism all over South America. Chavez has given away billions of billions of dollars to several countries so they follow his lead. He has achieved his goal with some countries: Ecuador, Bolivia, Argentina, Nicaragua, and a couple more.

Conspiracy.

True this, Venezuela under chavez is exporting oil (or plans to) to other nations on the same continet for the first time. What an absurdity.

Chavez is already GIVING AWAY Venezuela's oil. Argentina, Nicaragua, and Cuba have their share. The sad part is Venezuelans are getting poorer by the day while Chavez is giving away something that's not HIS but it's Venezuela's people.

Some people call chavez "The traveler checkbook". because he is used to give away millions of dollars when he visits his allies.

Today, General Henry Rangel (top Venezuelan army leader) has declared: “we marry Chavez’s project”

That simply means that Venezuela is living a military dictatorship commanded by Chavez; plain and simple. Say, next election Chavez doesn’t win: The Venezuelan army will decide that Chavez’s project must continue.

Now, where are all those Institutions “Pro – Democracy”??? Is the ONU gonna say something about it?, or is the Democracy in danger just when their leftist allies plan self-coupes like the one Rafael Correa did in Ecuador???

It won't be a venezuelan army putting down the people. It will be the people now armed with kalashnikovs and military training to preserve their rights to their own nations oil wealth. Srsly.
