I sent an email to vauge yesterday and he said he would forward it to teacher...I don't know if he did or not...Here it is...

I fear there are some posters that will intentionally flood the different sub-forums in the Basement in an attempt to make that forum THEIR home...much like teacher did to the Basement itself...

I have a proposal that may or may not fly...

How about restricting the opening of threads in the sub-forums?...

All posts MUST begin in the Basement...Then, and only then, teacher decides if they need to be moved...If the members themselves can decide, they end up manipulating the whole sub-forum...

Yea bro. I just got done with my "rules" sticky in the open basement forum. When I was done I sent a PM to vague backing up your suggestion to make all new threads be posted in the open basement forum, where The Warden can sort them, and even referenced your referenced TOT post. I can petition any mod at any time to delete a thread. We are of the same mind. There is fun, then there is anarchy for anarchies sake. Big difference. I thought about closing TOT's thread for a short while just to drive the point home but I didn't see an "open thread" clause. Is that because the thread was presently open? If I close the thread will an "open thread" icon pop up in the "close thread"'s place? Have no doubt, I'm gonna fuc*k with TOT. I once banned him from the TT for a specific time length for violating my "so called" rules and he even started a thread saying he could not go there until the voluntary banishment was over. I see him playing along within the rules. Pushing the envelope. Sound like anyone you know? I also remember a post by you stating that you would ban everyone until only you were left. (I'm sure in good fun). I see TOT at times as teacher lite. So he doesn't have the talent we do bro, not everyone can. Sure he is a dick at times, but intellect has ways of dealing with a dick.
