The African Union has suspended Egypt from the bloc following the ouster of President Mohamed Morsi. The decision is the A-U's usual response to any interruption of constitutional rule by a member state.

This is gonna be a huge blow to the AU budget with suspending Egypt from the AU, hopefully a new constitution is created and new elections are held so Egypt can return to the AU.


 
It's a formality and everyone hopes things work out.
