I'm completely puzzled!

Why can't everyone see the total logic of "I love you and want to marry you and make you happy, but if you won't marry me I'll kill you."?

Remember, while it may not be "socially approved" to kill other people over things like this (or even more trivial) is it NOT surprising when it happens and that means that it is not outside of something one normally expects to encounter (IOW it's "socially normalized").

This kind of killing...rejection and/or cuckolding has been the cause of killing for...ever for humans.
