Here is a link where you can go to send a message to the FCC that you want text messages to be treated the same as phone calls. At the present time, T-Mobile is censoring text messages that they decide are coming from unsavory political groups. T-Mobile is also disconnecting calls to medical marijuana dispensaries in California. These businesses are completely legal under California law. Now some of you might disagree with that statement, but whether you do or not, it is not the business of T-Mobile to interpret the law, and act according to that interpretation. That is the business of the police and the courts.
Send the FCC a message that T-Mobile's practice is unacceptable. Better yet, pick a different provider, and let the market show what you think.
