My phone's kinda slow, and so I accidentally hit the 'Ignore' button next to some guy's profile. I'm guessing that means that I won't see any posts by him. How do I un-ignore him? I already forgot his name.

Click on your own profile in the upper right corner. Your details will appear, along with a list of options. Among those options, are "Following", which lists those posters you choose to follow, and "Ignoring", which lists those posters on your ignore list. Click "Ignoring", then chose the option to remove the poster you accidentally ignored.
