Just what does this administration think it is doing.
They fly this guy back from Iraq, try him, find him guilty, then sentence him to be demoted by 1 rank, give him 90 days hard labor, then send him to Kuwaiit ready to be sent back into Iraq and there train Police Officers in their duties.
Knowing full well that they are putting the guy into harms way as an automatic target for Al-Quaeda.
Now they have changed their minds and are shipping him back home for stateside duties.
Just how much more money are they going to waste before someone realises it is better to engage Brain before action?

If it was not such a waste of time and badlly needed resources one might laugh at these antics, but really in this day and age do those in the Army really need to be highly educated to be recruited to do their duty to Country?
