ABC Pulls ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ Indefinitely After Host’s Charlie Kirk Comments

Yes, God had and has the right to enact whatever severe punishment He wants for our sins. But it isn't simply homosexuality. Leviticus 20 covers a number of sexual immoralities. If we were under Levitical law today, I bet half the people in the United States would have to be stoned to death for sexual sins. We would run out of stones. God was stern with his chosen people, partly in order to teach us moral lessons. But if you are focused solely on the Old Testament, you are missing half the story. We are currently under the New Covenant, which is God's solution to "the sin problem":

When Jesus had the opportunity to sin the adultress, he declined to do so, and said let he who is without sin cast the first stone. Because Christ is the New Covenant. That is the example we should follow. But that mercy is not an excuse to sin, Jesus told the woman to "Go, and sin no more". Stoning people is not a part of Christian doctrine. Anyone who says that Kirk is advocating to stone gay people in 2025 does not understand Christianity, and does not understand Charlie Kirk.

"Kirk was not saying that gay people should be stoned to death; rather, he was quoting the Bible in an effort to show how Ms. Rachel was being selective in her interpretation of the Scripture. However, we should note that in the same comment, Kirk called the section about stoning, "The chapter before affirms God's perfect law when it comes to sexual matters."

If people want to hate on Christians or Kirk for saying homosexuality is a sin, okay. But be sure you are doing it for the right reason. No Christian advocates stoning gay people today. That is not, and never has been, part of Christian doctrine.
 
I applaud you for not condoning Charlie Kirk's murder. I certainly do not claim all leftists have justified his assassination, I would certainly hope not. But I have seen many, many examples of it. I have also seen "wish lists" of conservative names that they want to see killed off next. If you want to see some, search "people celebrating Charlie Kirk's death" into YouTube. You won't be able to swing a stick without hitting one.

Allow me to inform you, if you go looking for people who hate, you're going to find a butt load of them.

Whether it's 50% or 40% or 60% or any other number, it's always been colloquial to refer to say the country is half Republican and half democrat. Is it true? No. Kids don't vote, there are independents, and a lot of people don't vote.

lynn wanted to dispute what I said but knew there was no real way to dispute jimmy, seth, and stephen's fixation with Trump and his supporters has eroded their viewership. Jay Leno even said as much earlier this year.

I knew you wouldn't honestly answer my question as your prior assertion was a moot point because it didn't make a damn bit of difference in the election outcome. Some might say your prior statement was a shabby deflection, the very definition of a logic fail.
