The SCOTUS just ruled that money it had given to an NGO, non-government organization, cannot have strings attached that require the NGO to take a certain stance on an issue. In this case it was an NGO dedicated to fighting the spread of AIDs, which as we all know is often trasmitted through sex, the government gave this NGO money for its cause but required it take a public stance against prostitution which it claimed undermined its efforts by alienating prostitutes in need of contraception and treatment.

Money is not speech. Certainly a victory against the government trying to impose religious morality, but not really one for speech.

I believe the point is that the Government can't force them to say what they want them to say, that is speech.
