A state of paranoia is embracing Russian government officials

So apparently Russia is going through with it's plan to install Politruks in all government departments that will monitor the loyalty of employees in all ministries, state companies and public service. A blast from the Soviet past. This of course will have the expected effect of sowing paranoia and distrust, and the system where everyone spies on everyone will be back.

Welcome to Putin's Russia.
