A Reuters photographer says he overheard pro-Trump insurrectionists saying they wanted to hang Mike Pence at the Capitol

You and your side are attempting to gaslight that this as 'just a normal demonstration, no biggie, it happens all the time.' That's a lie. This NEVER happened in all of American history. This is the first time EVER that a sitting president, that lost re-election, incited a mob to engage in insurrection in order to keep him in power.

All of the points in your third point seem to support a conclusion that the crowd was acting on its own in advance of the remarks by the President, not incited by him in any way.

Your first point is based on your lack of reading comprehension in your review of my post.

Your second point describes an admirable thing done by Hillary and ignores the 5 year campaign involving ongoing abuse of power by various government agencies in opposition to Trump.

Undermining the administration of the sitting President employing multiple abuses of power seems to be a far more serious thing than delivering a speech about exercising Constitutionally protected rights.

He wasn't carrying them. They were lying on the floor so he picked them up and put them in his pocket. He forgot he had them. He sounds just like trump. Even with a picture of him carrying them he has nothing to do with the zip ties.

You need to read more than gatewaypundit and redstate - several legitimate news sources pointed out that two individuals were seen with zip ties. One - the retired USAF LTC made the claim that he had just picked them up and forgot he was carrying them - despite the fact, more than one photo shows him with the zip ties in his hand while in different locations. The other guy is the one in the photo provided by Rogue Valley. Fun little fact - he was accompanied by his mother.

Before last Wednesday I would have thought it wouldn't amount to much more than a bunch of rednecks carrying trump/Confederate flags and brandishing weapons while yelling out right wing talking points.

Now I believe it could turn into a shooting war if they have the right person to fire them up and a potential target. Then we could justify sicing the dogs of war on them.

I am almost to the point where I hope they start it so they can be annihilated. The problem is that they will likely kill innocent people before we get a chance to rid ourselves of them once and for all. This is why I hope the DOJ goes after each and every one of them and ruins their lives forever. We should be ruthless in our application of the law against every single person that entered the Capitol illegally.

That was his explanation after being arrested. For future reference, I have no idea what gatewaypundit or redstate is but I can guess.
 
This thread isn't that long. Why are people attacking the claim in the original post and ignoring the additional evidence posted later in the thread?

I know this might not be the most important aspect of this, but seriously, couldn't they have built a better gallows for such an occasion? There's no cross bracing. A really strong wind could have knocked that thing over. And look at the horizontal beam! Measure twice cut once people. Not to mention, how are you going to get someone up high enough to hang them? You need a platform for them to stand on and pull out from under them so that you get enough downward force to break the neck.

Pathetic.

Two separate sources report hearing Capitol rioters shout, "Hang Mike Pence". Links are in this thread. If you choose not to believe them, that is not my problem.

If you have evidence that no Capitol rioters shouted "Hang Mike Pence" feel free to provide a link and I will be happy to apologize for spreading false information.

A Reuters photographer said Friday that he overheard at least three pro-Trump insurrectionists at the US Capitol this week say they wanted to find Vice President Mike Pence and hang him.

"I heard at least 3 different rioters at the Capitol say that they hoped to find Vice President Mike Pence and execute him by hanging him from a Capitol Hill tree as a traitor," the photographer, Jim Bourg, tweeted. "It was a common line being repeated. Many more were just talking about how the VP should be executed."

Doesn't work that way. When you make a claim something happen you have to prove it not the other way around. It's impossible to prove it didn't happen.

But there is plenty of proof that people wanted to hang Mike pence. These people refuse to believe it. Like everything else republicans supporters do, they normally just stand up for their party and refuse facts.

If you have read all my posts in this thread and honestly believe that I expect Trump fans to provide evidence that no one at the Capitol riots shouted, "HANG MIKE PENCE" then I apologize that my sarcasm was too subtle.
