WTF? Are you really equating the use of military force to assassinate a foreign state government actor on the neutral territory of a 3rd state without their consent in the absence of a formally declared state of war with that state is equivalent to killing of a civilian who was a part no state government and advocating for the taking up of arms against the United States.
Ok let's play by your rules. Solemani was an officer in the Iranian Army. he was killed by the US. Iran has proxy fighters in Iraq who kill "foreign state government actors (US Army personnel) on the neutral territory of a 3rd state without their consent in the absence of a formally declared state of war daily. Now explain to me the difference between a General in Iran's Army and a PFC in our Army, both were killed with the consent of their governments, both wear the uniform of their country, the only difference is rank. Sorry sport they are exactly the same.
