A masking imbalance?

It's only an impression, certainly not something I've pinned down with statistical data, but there seems to be an imbalance in masks and violence. By violence I mean physical violence inflicted upon another individual.

It's this; there seems to be more cases reported of someone without a mask being asked to put one on and then responding violently to the request than the reverse.
