Bush about Osama Bin Laden making plans to use commercial aircraft as weapons and about some of the Saudi Arabs training in the U S to fly the planes he sloughed it off and immediately began his plans to give the rich two tax cuts, 2001 and 2003. That was pretty significant when compared to 4 people who volunteered to serve on foreign soil and drawing hazardous duty bonuses for each month they were there.
