Climate Change Policy. What Do the Models Tell Us? Next to Nothing!

Linked above is a preview of a paper that was peer reviewed and will appear in the Journal of Economic Literature.

The author is a dyed in the wool conventional AGW climate scientist for the most part, but he has some harsh things to say about computer climate models. As I have written before, anyone who actually looks at how the models work will come to the same conclusion that this fellow does, they are full of fudge factors that can be adjusted to get any output that one wants and that they can't possibly have any predictive power.

The main point is that the models should not be used to form policy of any sort.
