If any of you listen to Planet Money on NPR, you may have heard this piece. Its an interesting idea from economists to implement a tax on Carbon, but then rebate that tax back to taxpayers via income tax reduction, meaning Conservatives can get their jollies knowing that we still wont be paying for the stuff we want...errr... we will not be raising taxes on anyone, I mean.
