9 year old girl kills instructor accidentally with UZI

You are exactly right Blue_State. Even though we will have disagreements about gun rights in itself, I can't pin this on gun rights. This is just 100% bad decision making all around in which both parties being the parents and the instructor ignored fire arm safety.

I agree. The parents thought it would be probably be funny to have the video. Something they can share to their in-law cousins while sipping Moonshine from mason jars while sitting in their single wide.

I'm pretty sure that they were from New Jersey.

I have to agree, he was responsible for his own actions and untimely death.

The parents are responsible for allowing the event to take place, we have no idea what they told the instructor about their daughters previous experience or if she had any at all. The parents had to sign some sort of consent form with the Range when they paid for the instructor services, which would be nice to see what kind of questions were asked on it. Very little information has been released about the Range and their responsibilities to protect the customers and other people in the area.
