NO, you have to have the doctrine, training and experience. What do you think our pilots, and ground forces have been doing for the least 20 years? HONING THEIR SKILLS. China thinks if they build a comparable blue water navy, they'll equal us. NO, we've had about 80 years to develop our navy tactical and strategic doctrines and hardware into the powerful force it is; and importantly used them in actual combat.

One of the biggest things of all are the hearts and minds of Ukranians, who seem to believe they're in the fight of their lives (all true) and are acting accordingly. The Russian military apparently has been lied to, and were told they were liberating Ukraine from Nazis. Who else do we know that uses that tactic? Democrats. So the Russian military appears to be in some reported cases slow walking things, sabotaging supplies, and in a general state of low morale.
