No more sure than Obama was. According the ACLU 75% of Obama's deportations were completed without due process.

I find the bad source claim, an intellectually lazy debating tactic. It’s often used when one cannot refute the claim. I’ve debunked it countless times, this one not withstanding.

The Constitution calls that conduct an election, regulate an election or hold and election. Due process is something else. That would also be a new thread.

If it's in the Constitution, we're not talking about propaganda.

For example : Trump should know, he got so much due process they never started his federal trials.
