My personal favorite is recommendation #4 - a vehicle that went out of production 30 years ago, made by a company that went bust 25 years ago that uses early 1970's technology and is inferior in every single way to the Stryker vehicles we are currently using and have a logistics chain for to fill a requirement that it can't meet.

The author is a military genius.
