Trespassing into another country, ID fraud and various other offenses should be considered serious offenses.



We have a porous border so deportation is nothing more than a free trip home,so they will be back just as soon as they were deported. Besides that being here illegally should not entitle them to get off scott free for committing various crimes.


They will just return as soon as they are deported.So it will not save a boatload.

the REAL questions you should be asking are: why are our borders so porous with the amount of money we spend on defense? where did that money go? why was it spent so poorly?

The amount of money spent on defense has no correlation to the meager amounts spent on border security. The marxist/socialist progressive democrats are too busy kissing hispanic azz for votes to desperately try to stay in power to further their leftist agenda and the RINO country club republicans with their illegal alien chamber of commerce are trying to keep the border open and the not so cheap illegal labor coming. At least the RINOs are being purged out and replaced by true conservative tea bagger candidates.

The amount of money spent on defense has no correlation to the meager amounts spent on border security. so... border security has nothing to do with national defense???? if we are concerned about national defense then taxes going to that defense should also go towards securing the boarders that is what defense is imo.

Border security has everything to do with national defense. What I was saying was that the defense budget and all of the other defense related spending exceeds a TRILLION dollars while we spend a mere paltry 20 BILLION on border security. The idea of our corrupt fed gov has been to do just enough minimum border security to appear that something was being done about border security but just never enough border security to actually do an effective job of border security. 1200 NG troops to the border by the marxist/socialist obama? A joke, yes? We need 100,000 NG troops immediately on the border to stop the 3000 to 5000 illegal breakins day after day, month after month, year after year, COLD IN THEIR TRACKS. CURRENTLY, the big player is the marxist/socialist maobama regime that actually controls Congress for the time being that is NEVER going to stop the flow of mexican illegal alien future democratic voters if amnestied. Then too, to a lesser degree, there is the republican illegal alien chamber of commerce that lobbies to keep the not so cheap flow of illegal alien labor coming. For the last half decade, especially, there has been countless OTMs (other than mexican) breaking in across the southern border from countries not friendly to the US. There could be millions of potential terrorists in the US assembling because of the sheer idiocy and short sightedness of our traitorous politicians in power. The thing is that I don't think the marxist/socialists that have infiltrated into gov positions and political positions for some reason seem too concerned about a possible million terrorists hiding in this country.

I just don't get why we don't start slapping some major freakin fines on the businesses that hire illegals. I want it to hurt their pocketbooks severely, not some crappy old EPA type fine that a lot of businesses just need a small slush fund for. If we don't allow businesses to hire illegals, much less will come. And, the ones who keep coming after that must be doing it for immoral reasons.

Az did two years ago by passing a law regarding hiring of illegals. Guess what, the Feds have taken AZ to court on this one also. It is sitting before the SC. Lower courts backed what AZ passed as a law. Obama does not like it. So I agree with you, but seems the Feds don't.
