5 minute delay between posting threads

A few posters like to post a dozen new threads at once. This wipes the posts of other posters off the front page and their posts often get buried.

Not many respond to these thread tsunamis so it's all wasted threads.

Put a 5 minute delay so that when a person posts a thread, they have to wait 5 or even 10 minutes before posting another thread.

Fewer threads will lead to higher quality threads.

The only way to set this up would be to limit to 5 minutes between any post and that won't work. Rapid firing off thread after thread is frowned upon. If you see this, please let us know and we will address it.
