Before the crybabies start complaining it's not fair to label these terrorists as terrorists because it doesn't "fit" for the Bush "War on Terror"--your saying that if a gunman killed 20 kids at a school in Iraq, you wouldn't label it as a Terroristic? I will once again attempt to pull you from this ignorant comforting slumber. The definitions of terrorism have nothing to do with President Bush nor is the definition solely restrictive to Muslim people. Why do you insist on contuing this fantasy that it is otherwise?

Joint Publication (JP) 1-02, Department of Defense Dictionary of Military and Associated Terms, defines terrorism as "the calculated use of unlawful violence or threat of unlawful violence to inculcate fear; intended to coerce or to intimidate governments or societies in the pursuit of goals that are generally political, religious, or ideological."

All an intelligent person has to do is to take the concrete definition above and see if it applies to the crime or in this case prevented crime. If "terrorism" is established, an even more intelligent person may then go on to define whether or not the terrorist act was of the "practical" nature or of the "apocalyptic" nature thereby making the individual a "Practical Terrorist" or an "Apocalyptic Terrorist."

See how it is done? It's actually quite simple when one gets past his fabricated "victim" status.

You started this thread because you can’t understand why Muslims who kill are called terrorists and the kids in your story are not.

I will try to explain this to you. The kids in this matter were not going to kill in the name of God. It wasn’t a group hell bent on talking over the world. It was a handful of sick, twisted, bored kids.
Now the militant Muslims that like to blow up buses full of women and kids. All in the name of Islam and God because they believe anyone who won’t convert should die. (thats just one of the many reasons they think its ok)
This is an organized group whose only goal in my view is they want to try and I do mean try and take over the world.

The noun terrorist has one meaning:
Meaning #1: a radical who employs terror as a political weapon
The adjective terrorist has one meaning: Meaning #1: characteristic of someone who employs terrorism (especially as a political weapon)

Terrorism
Terrorism is the systematic use of terror or violence to achieve political goals. The targets of terrorism include government officials, identified individuals or groups, and innocent bystanders. In most cases terrorists seek to overthrow or destabilize an existing political regime, but totalitarian and dictatorial governments use terror to maintain their power.

Can we see the difference? One is religious and or political and the other is not.
Now Muslims always cry how the world is against them and how they are always persecuted just because they are Muslims. But in fact it’s themselves who are the blame for their own problems.
