How about an article, testify before what the grand jury in scooter Libby/CIA leak case.
Of course Dick Cheney wont go to jail, he probably wont be indicted, he may very well not be implicated. Scooters the one in trouble not Cheney. People were saying Rove would be indicted a few days ago, that never happened either.

Sure people are saying that Rove would be indicted, but just because it didn't happen doesn't mean it won't happen. He testified before the grand jury for the 5th time only 4 weeks ago. This investigation started in 2003 and it wasn't until 2005 that Libby was indicted. The grand jury doesn't meet every day. This is an official in the White House. An issue like this takes time. Every special prosecutor is different, so no past one can speak for this one.
