I had a person talk about his penis in front of kids before my eyes and he didn't get found guilty of sexual harassment. Most people who engage in sexual assault or harassment are not found guilty. Given that a man who literally sexually abused a woman was elected president, that does not surprise me at all more sexual predators will be hired.
