Chauvin was guilty as ****. Period. The only racism I recognise here, is yours. What makes you say that? Before the trial of George Floyd, there was already violence before the trial and verdict. Any violence before this trial in Memphis?
I agree that it should lead to violence, but it won't. The question now is why? Could it be that the policeman were black and not white? Had the policeman in Memphis been white, would they have been found not guilty? Of course not.
Thus this verdict of 'not guilty' proves the racism of the verdict against Derek Chauvin. He was guilty on 'all counts'. These three blacks were found not guilty on all counts.
Black racism, not justice, determined both cases of Derek Chauvin, and the three police officers in Memphis. But of course I could be wrong. Let's see if they burn Memphis to the ground due to this latest verdict.

You sound disappointed. Why isn't Memphis burning to the ground tonight? After all, a black man was killed by 5 policeman.
Why aren't we seeing that over and over and over again on the news?
Where is the NAACP to protest this outright murder of a black man by police?

You might then explain why black and white prisoners in your country are represented almost 50:50.What lie? Whites have become so woke and stupid that they are willing to set the blacks free though they are guilty as hell. "If it doesn't fit...you must aquit" which is just bullshit. Sorry for the rhyme.
White people get convicted of murder all the time.
Black people are probably more likely to be involved in the criminal element.
But blacks when they don't get thier way, burn the cities down. They don't care if the black is guilty or not.

Great. Show me the research that shows that black people in America get preferential treatment in banking.'Same treatment' was never the goal. Preferential treatment was. Affirmative Action. Which was race based for advantage to the blacks. Though much of it has been removed, it still remains in some instances.

There is an argument that police here should have college degrees also.Good policing costs money.
Money for training. Good wages to attract the best candidates. Good health insurance and pension because the job is dangerous and the right people will take it for the wages, the pension and the benefits. Don’t have them, now you’re attracting those who want it for the badge and the gun as that’s all that you’ve left.
Part of the problem is no one wants to pay it.
When I came on the job we had pay parity. A new cop made the same base pay as a senior cop. The difference was “longevity” pay.
Now the starting pay is only a bit more than a third of top base.
I am a college graduate. I don’t care how civic minded I am, and I am civic minded, I’m not taking a job where folks do what they do to cops for that kind of starting salary. Sitting next to another doing the exact same job for three times the base money. You want people like me policing. I was good at it. You won’t get me for what they pay as starting salaries for police these days.
Like I said, no common sense.
You want professional police, start by compensating them like professionals.
Great. Show me the research that shows that black people in America get preferential treatment in banking.

preferential treatment with the police:
Let’s start there.
You might then explain why black and white prisoners in your country are represented almost 50:50.
Are you serious? They didn’t pay 31 million to the people.Bank pays 31 million and that is not preferential tratement?
Blacks are most likely to be stopped as they are most likely to be the criminal.

Did I say it did?Does that make them any less criminal?
It's no different here in Britain. A few years ago an inquiry into London's Metropolitan Police concluded it was an institutionally racist organisation, among other things. Not that it came as much of a surprise to anyone. Are you serious? They didn’t pay 31 million to the people.
Black people are stopped at a higher rate and searched EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE LESS LIKELY TO BE FOUND WITH ILLEGAL CONTRABAND .
In other words they are stopped more and searched DESPITE being LESS LIKELY TO BE A CRIMINAL.
