I might agree if I followed it up and found that the boy had been damaged by the experience, but if it was all just a hoot for him then her sentence should be suspended and she barred from teaching or any other position of authority over minors. Same with the parents, sentence suspended maybe, depending on the level of damage.
Otherwise, lock 'em up. If a qualified professional decides the boy was harmed. And no, I don't mean a priest deciding that irreparable moral injury was done and the boys' soul jeopardized by sins both carnal and mortal.

Seriously though, I think my school was perhaps sexist in how it hired women. I can't even recall an unattractive female teacher throughout the entire time I was in high school. They also apparently had a dress code for teachers, but judging by how my twelfth grade English teacher dressed it wasn't enforced.
