IMO, the media gave the rascal for more credit than he deserved, especially the ever-popular Right Wing media that dominates AM radio and cable news. Crying about the media is lame and a clear refusal to acknowledge the reality of that landscape in this day and age. It's not like people read only the Washington Post and New York times anymore.

I disagree in part, Mr Person. The majority left-leaning media was unfair to Donald Trump from the beginning. The media by and large acted like a rake placed in front of him, and he stepped on it, and it smacked him in the face harshly bruising him. However, instead of stepping back and reconsidering his approach and perhaps stepping around the rake, he spent the last four years jumping up and down on the rake in anger and frustration, because that is what he thought played well with his base.

Well, I listen to Ben Shapiro, so I must not be that intelligent but you are not giving him much credit: if you listened to him you would know that he is far more critical of Donald Trump than you care to admit. And unless you genuinely believe CNN, ABC, CBS and MSNBC are part of the "right wing" media, cable is dominated by left-leaning stations. Further, while right-wing groups dominate AM Radio stations, the podcast space has several widely-received left-leaning outlets such as Pod Save America, Vox Media, and the like.

We had video, we had taped interviews of him admitting to lying (See: Bob Woodward), we had verbatim quotes from interviews, we had his personal Tweets, we had him on a bus describing the ease of grabbing ******s, we have entire lists of proven lies. We have video of him in Erie, PA telling the people gathered to see him, standing in the cold, that he wouldnt have bothered coming there for any reason, if he didnt have to for re-election.

None of this was faked by the media.
