You also said that is somehow suspicious and I am extremely confused as to how you arrived at that conclusion.

If you found obsolete machinery in a closet the normal thing to do is dispose of it. I don't understand how that is suspicious.
Why isn't it suspicious? They were not where they were suppose to be. They were suppose to be in a state warehouse. Are you saying someone disposing of them in a field isn't suspicious?

What would you call it?

Here is one ]possible scenario: Someone had access to the storage warehouse, and stole them. After finding out they were no longer supported newer ballots, they disposed of them in a safer manner than it would be to try to return them.

In other words, you think it’s irrelevant also, but you wanted to bring it up in this thread because you recognize all the other ideas you’ve posted are kinda batshit crazy, so why bother to post relevant info?

got it.
No, it's relevant.

A crime was committed involving several voting machines. The most likely possibility is someone set out to create illegal ballots, and failed. Who knows. Maybe they took newer system also and didn't completely fail.

Why isn't this suspicious?

Sometimes bulk delivery drivers get bored or lazy. Sometimes they just drop off the bulk in a ditch somewhere instead of delivering individually. It's happened recently multiple times with regular mail carriers, and it happens with newspapers and flyers and everything else using that model.

If that were the case, the polling places that were suppose to receive them would have said something.

But again, who ever moved these took them out of a warehouse where the obsolete equipment was being stored.

Besides. The state would know which serial numbers were destine to where, and there would already be arrests if that was the case.

You’re right. Warnock should have won outright.

Obviously this is a massive coverup to deprive the winner of the election.

A vindictive Trump seeks to undermine Biden’s presidency

It has been almost three weeks since President Trump stepped to a lectern in the White House in the early hours of Nov. 4 to declare that the election was being stolen from him. It was a fabrication designed to turn President-elect Joe Biden into an illegitimate president and has continued apace ever since. It will not stop with Biden’s swearing-in on Jan. 20.

Any thoughts Trump might have had of overturning the election were a failed enterprise from the start. On Friday, those hopes were dealt twin blows when Georgia’s secretary of state certified Biden as the winner there and Republican legislative leaders from Michigan, after meeting with the president, signaled they would do nothing to try to undermine the results. Biden has an electoral college majority, and the certification process continues to gather steam.
Through these weeks, the president and his legal team have failed to produce credible evidence of systematic or widespread fraud. Now they are resorting to wild allegations of a grand conspiracy on the part of Biden and the Democrats — charges repeatedly debunked. This effort is being led by Rudolph W. Giuliani, who was once a reputable mayor of New York. These claims of fraud are in themselves a fraudulent and cynical enterprise.

That's unfortunate but says a lot about Trump. I can hardly wait to see him doing the perp walk back in NYC.

Trump suffers twin defeats in his effort to overturn Biden’s victory in key states

President Trump received twin blows Friday to his effort to overturn his election defeat, with Georgia officials certifying President-elect Joe Biden’s slim victory there and Michigan Republicans declaring after a White House meeting that they had learned nothing to warrant reversing the outcome in their state.

“We will follow the law and follow the normal process regarding Michigan’s electors, just as we have said throughout this election,” Michigan Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey (R) and Speaker of the House Lee Chatfield (R) said in a joint statement issued late Friday.

The developments were a substantial setback for the president after the tumult of Thursday, when his lawyers held a news conference on Capitol Hill and made incendiary and false claims that Biden had rigged the election and proclaimed their intent to aggressively challenge the results.

Trump is both juvenile & delusional.

Justice Dept. meets Trump, Giuliani vote-fraud claims with silent skepticism

The Justice Department has met President Trump’s fantastical claims of widespread voter fraud with two weeks of skeptical silence, not taking any overt moves to investigate what Trump’s lawyer, Rudolph W. Giuliani, claims is a globe-spanning conspiracy to steal the election.

Such deafening silence from one of the government’s main enforcers of election law indicates just how little evidence there is to support the wild, wide-ranging claims made by Trump and his supporters, most notably Giuliani in a Thursday news conference held inside the Republican National Committee headquarters.

Privately, Justice Department officials have said they are willing to investigate legitimate claims of vote fraud; Attorney General William P. Barr even loosened some restrictions that might otherwise have discouraged prosecutors from doing so before results are certified.
As defeats pile up, Trump tries to delay vote count
But current and former officials said they thought Giuliani’s accusations sounded “crazy,” and they have not seen or heard of any evidence suggesting large-scale fraud, let alone the kind of intercontinental conspiracy described by the president’s lawyer. Like others, they spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss a politically sensitive matter.

I wonder how long it will be before Trump fires Barr for being 'disloyal.'

Trump uses power of presidency to try to overturn the election and stay in office

President Trump is using the power of his office to try to reverse the results of the election, orchestrating a far-reaching pressure campaign to persuade Republican officials in Michigan, Georgia and elsewhere to overturn the will of voters in what critics decried Thursday as an unprecedented subversion of democracy.

After courts rejected the Trump campaign’s baseless allegations of widespread voter fraud, the president is now trying to remain in power with a wholesale assault on the integrity of the vote by spreading misinformation and trying to persuade loyal Republicans to manipulate the electoral system on his behalf.

In an extraordinary news conference Thursday at the Republican National Committee headquarters, Trump’s attorneys claimed without evidence there was a centralized conspiracy with roots in Venezuela to rig the U.S. presidential election. They alleged voter fraud in Atlanta, Detroit, Milwaukee, Philadelphia and other cities whose municipal governments are controlled by Democrats and where President-elect Joe Biden won by large margins.

I don't think there are a lot of Democrats living in Venezuela.

Tucker Carlson bashes Trump attorney Sidney Powell for lack of evidence in fraud claims: ‘She never sent us any’

As Fox News host Tucker Carlson noted on Thursday night, he’s more than willing to give airtime to outlandish claims. “We literally do UFO segments,” he said.
But even Carlson said he was fed up with the total lack of evidence produced by Sidney Powell, one of the Trump campaign’s attorneys, for her unfounded allegation that electronic voting systems had switched millions of ballots to favor President-elect Joe Biden.

“We invited Sidney Powell on the show. We would have given her the whole hour,” Carlson said. “But she never sent us any evidence, despite a lot of requests, polite requests. Not a page. When we kept pressing, she got angry and told us to stop contacting her.”

Carlson also noted: “She never demonstrated that a single actual vote was moved illegitimately by software from one candidate to another. Not one.”
===========================================================================
Tucker was angry because Trump's other lawyer would send him no proof of her allegations.

I wonder how long it will be before Trump fires Barr for being 'disloyal.'

You have no idea how much I would pay to live to see that happen. I should start advertising a hefty reward since I know Trump needs cash. But would that be a bribe? I don't want to do anything illegal. Besides, I doubt that the amount of cash I have on hand is enough to temp Trump.

Georgia officials certify election results showing Biden win

ATLANTA (AP) — Georgia’s governor and top elections official on Friday certified results showing Joe Biden won the presidential race over Republican President Donald Trump, bringing the state one step closer to wrapping up an election fraught with unfounded accusations of fraud by Trump and his supporters.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger certified results reported by the state’s 159 counties that show Biden with 2.47 million votes, President Donald Trump with 2.46 million votes and Libertarian Jo Jorgensen with 62,138. That leaves Biden leading by a margin of 12,670 votes, or 0.25%.

Later Friday, Gov. Brian Kemp certified the state’s slate of 16 presidential electors. In an announcement streamed online, Kemp did not clearly endorse the results. Instead he said the law requires him to “formalize the certification, which paves the way for the Trump campaign to pursue other legal options and a separate recount if they choose.”

The Republican governor hasn’t stepped forward to defend the integrity of this year’s elections amid attacks by Trump and other members of his own party, who claim without evidence that the presidential vote in Georgia was tainted by fraud.

Trump believes he was robbed.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Donald Trump, battered by back-to-back setbacks in his desperate bid to overturn the U.S. presidential election, persisted with claims of massive voter fraud on Saturday, two weeks after Democrat Joe Biden was declared president-elect.

Battered by setbacks in push to reverse Biden win, Trump persists with fraud claims

Trump, a Republican, has refused to concede Biden won and is seeking to invalidate or change the results through lawsuits and recounts in several battleground states. His campaign has not been able to provide any evidence for its claims of widespread and coordinated electoral fraud, however.

His efforts, which critics call an unprecedented push by a sitting president to subvert the will of voters, has so far met with little success in the courtroom or on the ground.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger on Friday announced that a manual recount and audit of all ballots cast had confirmed Biden as the winner in the southern state. He is the first Democratic presidential candidate to win Georgia in nearly three decades.

Trump can't stand being a loser, but he is.

Judge denies bid to halt Nevada from certifying election results

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A judge in Nevada denied an emergency bid to halt the state from certifying its election results, saying in a court hearing it would disenfranchise more than one million of the state’s voters.

The Election Integrity Project, an organization led by a right-wing activist, had alleged voter fraud. The organization claimed it had identified about 1,400 people who had registered to vote in Nevada, moved to California and then voted in Nevada.

There was “an administrative remedy” for electoral fraud, Clark County District Judge Gloria Sturman said. “But the civil remedy of throwing out an election is just, to me, a shocking ask.”
===============================================================
Even 1,400 votes would not flip this state. Bye, Donald.

Money well spent.

Ok, someone may have stolen obsolete electronics without knowing what they'd stolen, and then dumped them when they were found to be worthless. Great. Local PD can do what they do with every other petty theft report. (write it down and stick it in a file unlikely to be looked at again)

The "sharpiegate" election accusations fall laughably short in court. "Witnesses" asked in court "did the machine accept your ballot?"

They say yes.

So, these people have no reason to believe their ballot wasn't counted but here the **** we are "letting the legal system play out" because right wingers, as always, are completely full of shit.

Yet another case dismissed with prejudice.

.

In the cace of a suspected massive election fraud, the location of these outdated machines is not suspicious because you cannot come with a reasonable scenario to link how the location of these machines is material to the outcome of the elections. And it is your job to support the claim that the elections were stolen. Just because something looks odd, it does not mean that it provides reasonable evidence for the claim

Trump’s quest to overturn election runs into quiet resistance from local and state Republicans

President Trump’s effort to persuade state and local Republicans to help him in overturning the election has so far run into a quiet resistance that could mark a coming end to his attempt at an unprecedented power grab.

The Republican-led Board of Supervisors in Maricopa County, Ariz., voted unanimously Friday to certify the county’s election results, with the board chairman declaring there was no evidence of fraud or misconduct “and that is with a big zero.”

The top GOP lawmakers in Pennsylvania, where counties must submit their official results by Monday, have said they have no role in deciding the winner of the state’s electoral college votes, writing in an op-ed last month that the law “plainly says that the state’s electors are chosen only by the popular vote of the commonwealth’s voters.”
==========================================================
Wait. Doesn't that mean that they could send only Trump electors since people in the state voted for him? I'm sure it will be fine. Here's how they pick electors in PA: Of the 50 states, all but two award all of their presidential electors to the presidential candidate who wins a plurality of the popular vote in the state & PA is not one of those two.

No. Biden won the state by almost 81k votes. By law, the Democratic party has to send their 20 electors to the Harrisburg statehouse and cast their ballots for President and Vice President.

I saw Guiliani on the news the other day and they asked him for proof and he went on about how he had soooo much proof but he said he wouldn't share it with the reporters because they would either lie and/or miss-report it. 😆

Well, that much is true at least.

It appears that Trump has requested another machine count of the ballots in Georgia, and there's talk about a potential Coup with the GOP legislators in Michigan. When it all said and done, Biden is going to win Georgia for a third time and the 16 Democratic electors in Michigan will cast their votes for President. I really can't see an alternative here.
