And if you aren't all that fat, but still can't see your dick, you have another problem.
 
Short of some debilitating disease, I never understood this. Even now, with being bed ridden for large amounts of time, I try to stay as active as possible and manage my diet. But then again, I got sick while on a 1 1/2 year cycling trip through India, and was into power lifting and various other sports before that, as well. So maybe I'm an exception

I guess the same way women do? We can't see our vulva no matter thin we are.

But when you have something that projects 5-7 inches away from your body, it's pretty damn sad if you can't even see it.
