Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the
assassination of any officer of any such government; or

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or

Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

As used in this section, the terms “organizes” and “organize”, with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.

I would just prefer revolution. The rule of the business class must end.

Link? Our Constitution is the Law of the Land. Chump says he will scrap it after he is reelected. He wants to be an autocrat (dictator) like his buddies Putin & Xi.

There is no prohibition to that option. It's happened before.

The 1920 election was the first election where women could vote and 18-21 year old could not vote. In 1920, 26.8 million people voted. So Debs got almost 4% of the vote.

I didn't know that, thanks. He only got about 26,000 votes in an election with a total of about 114,000,000 votes cast.

So the entire DOJ the FBI, the DNC, and the Biden administration, along with Jan 6th kangaroo court are guilty. That's a lot of Fat Donkeys in jail.

If he runs, he'll get tens of millions of votes but nowhere near enough to win
If the GOP don't make him their presidential nominee, then Trump with syphon millions of votes from whoever they do pick and Biden wins by a landslide.

I he gets convicted of even one of his 90+ felonies, the 14thA prohibits him from becoming President. I think he wants to start a bleach company to eradicate COVID.
 

All it takes is the unprecedented action of 12 jurors convicting Trump of conspiring to take over the government.
Easy-peasy , right?
What are the odds of that happening?
Do you really believe all twelve jurors will say Trump was a bad man and convict of crime of insurrection?

The evidence pointed to his culpability in killing two people.
Do you really think black people would have convicted OJ?
Do you really believe 12 people will convict Trump given the evidence presented?
 
So whoever supports Biden’s handlers is advocating for the overthrow of government which happened on Jan 6 when the election was stolen?
