No, this story isn't from the Congo. Nope. It's in the good old Gun Toting USA.

Another perfect example of where the gun in the home didn't exactly keep anyone safe.

I wonder if the guy had them secured or if he was like, "I might have a couple guns laying around here somewhere."

Trouble is no law says he can't have the AK lying on a coffee table...or up in the attic in some box or other. Thanks NRA.

It would of been easier if the parents taught thwir kids not to break into someone's home and steal their property.
lol...do you know what foster homes are for? My guess is their parents are even bigger pieces of shit than the two kids. More reason not to have guns within their reach. As we see, these guns did their owner no good. But, they sure helped stir up excitement in the Orlando area.

I know it might be unbelievable, but I keep my guns secured even in the absence of a law. Some people just aren't that responsible though, and I'm not sure they would be even if there was a law. NRA ain't got shit to do with it.

They broke into someone's home. There were guns within their reach.

Good for you. Want a medal?

Because the homeowner was not at home at the time.

These kids will be joining he army soon. Real "Palin kids."

That's usually when these break-ins occur. So, you agree having a gun in the home does the homeowner no good. Thanks.

That's nice. Maybe I like proving a point. No law, no worries.
So you think there should be a law requiring people to secure their guns because otherwise some of them won't do it. They'll just leave them laying around where kids can get at them. I agree some people are like that. I just don't think they'll suddenly have a change of character and grow some personal responsibility because a law is enacted.

Kids do stupid and dangerous things all the time. There's nothing special about this incident because it involved a gun and a bunch of irresponsible adults.

No. I'm saying there is no law making people secure their guns. So, write your congressman asking for one, if that is your bitch.

Well, I doubt it's a coincidence that they kids found an AK-47 lying around in the first house they entered in Florida. Not at all.

Sounds like another example of someone breaking into a home.

Imagine that.

It's also another example of the gun in the home only helping the thief.
