He is where it becomes sad beyond belief. This is enough to turn anyone's stomach and if the religious fanatics find themselves hated and mistrusted what can they expect when they commit acts like this, it is lowly and cowardly. Pleae excuse the translation I just didn't have time to do it myself and used the auto.translator. The idea is clear.

BAGDAD. - The police and the Iraqi Department of the Interior have stated that 18 children between 10 and 15 years of age have died from an exploding car bomb in the environs of a football pitch in the Iraqi province of Anbar. Nevertheless, other versions differ in some details or they even contradict totally the information. The state television the Iraqi, that initially had informed i the death of 18 children, indicated later that six of deads are women. On the other hand, another police source mentioned by Reuters agency based the number of affected in 19, although without specifying if it is exclusively about deceaseds or also wounded. The sources of Interior indicated that there were 20 wounded, in addition to the 18 mortal victims. These versions are contradicted with the disclosed one by a spokesman of the Army of the U.S.A., according to which the explosion was controlled and caused minor wounds to 30 people, among them nine children. The attack, that caused damages in houses near the football ground, took place in the zone of A the Warar, next to Ramadi, located to about 110 kilometers to the west of Bagdad and main area of the suní Arab resistance.

Seems to be confusion about this... might have been US troops clearing munitions that did this, if it ever happened.
