Those groups with the highest rate of LEGAL gun ownership don't have gun violence rates any higher than their counterparts in socialist nanny states where guns are banned or highly restricted. If black men are violent in your society it's for precisely the same reason the underclass is violent everywhere in the world- because being willing to be violent is the surest way out of the underclass.

There is a point to this I assume? The vast majority of homicides committed in Cincinnati are by blacks against other blacks. In a 100 week period about 14 years ago there were over 100 homicides and every one of them was black on black. But altho is pretty well known
