There are 1,000 days left in the Bush Administration, and it is time to analyze the domestic status and grade the job the Administration is doing about it.
1. Illegal Immigration/Border security:
On Sept 11th, we were attacked on our own soil by Al Qaeda, and we went to war to protect and secure this nation. While we sent troops abroad to fight the enemy, someone forgot to shut/lock the back door! Yhe Illegal Immigration and Border Security Problem has become the #1 problem addressing the nation back at home!
12+ Million Illegal Immigrants are in this country, and more come every day. While the illegals continue to flood across the borders, our politicians take the MORONIC stance that we have to address the illegals in the country before taking on the probklem of securing the border. That is like FEMA telling Katrina Victims in New Orleans that we have to deal with all the water in their house before we can worry about the flooding!
We can't let a foreign port own the contract rights to a jobof off-loading and on-loading cargo on our docks (even though over 40% of our docks are run by foreign companies), even though it is Americans who do the work and the Coast Guard and INS who provides our security at these ports! MEANWHILE, though, we have millions of illegals, including terrorists (The FBI busted a HAMAS terror group smuggling in their own people as well as Mexicans for cash), crossing our borders. The corrupt Mexican Military is escorting drug dealers across our borders and shooting at our Border patrol. And, to top it off, the Mexican Govt is filing law suits against U.S. Citizens who have protected their land from tresspassing, destruction of private property, and theft done by illegals coming into this country. So far, several U.S. federal judges have found in favor of the Illegals' law suits an have seized Americans' farms, handing them over to the Mexican Govt on behalf of the illegals!
12+ Million Mexicans have come here illegally, showing dis-respect and disdain for our legal system and our right as a sovereign nationto be able to decide who can come to this country and how. When Americans showed concern, Latinos took to the streets. In the 1st March, they showed their true colors - they flew Mexican Flags, some burned American Flags, several state officials across the U.S. flew the Mexican Flag above their state flags, showing loyalty ro mexico instead of the U.S. Marchers carried signs declaring they were not there to be part of the U.S. but were here instead to take back opart of the United states they believe is theirs Anyway.
Illegal Immigrants drain $30-40 MILLION more from the U.S. economy each year than they put into it! The U.S. Medical system is said to be near the verge of collapse due to their burden! Several politicians want to give them amnesty and make them Americans, rewarding criminals who did not follow the system like so many who are here legally did! If the 12+ Million become citizzens, they will immediately become eligible for every social program this country offers, and the amount projected to be drained at that point from the economy yearly will increase to a reported/projected $70-80 MILLION, the cost of which will be FORCED uponthe shoulders of the Middle Class Tax payers alreadypaying the Lion's Share of the American Taxes today!
YET, President Bush has declared, even while faced with the disasterous economical figures, that he will VETO any Immigrant legislation that does not call for Amnesty and making every Illegal in this country today a citizen! :shock:
He and the Washington politicians do not have a plan onwhat to do about those numbers, other than forcing the cost of their decisins onto our shoulders! They do not have a plan about what to do with the Illegals who are in this country now. They do not have the borders secured to prevent more illegals, drug dealers, and terrorists from continuing to flood into this country. Yet they want to grant them citizenship to appease the 12+ Million criminals who have come here illegally, the criminals who have taken to the streets in protest, the criminals who have declared that they DEMAND they be made citizens and give them THEIR American benefits, the criminals who have been calling for days of protest designed to hurt our economy......
And the fact that the AMERICAN Politicians have not taken this seriously and have actually not been able to address this issue actually demonstrates that they are considering appeasing the Illegals, forgetting who they actually work for and represent! Bush and the Federal Govt's refusal to close the border and his demand that we give citizenship to the 12+ Million illegals and the more coming every day, an act that will strip Americans of their voice/opinion/decision and FORCE them to shoulder increased taxes to support the $70-80 MILLION a year drain on the economy, is UNSAT & He NEEDS TO GO! Every politician in Washington needs a freakin' wake-up call, needs to represent the U.S. in this political on-slaught in which Illegals have come into our 'house', are stealing our jobs and tax payer dollars, are demanding rights and benefits reseved for LEGAL immigrants, and are threatening us in order to get them! As President, as leader of this country, however, it has to start with BUSH!
