here's what happened/happens.
He goes to Wiki and finds a tidbit he can use-- enhances it and posts it. No link.
Then when confronted he had nowhere to turn but the same Wiki article he had mischaracterized and withheld as it not only puts it accurately but presents both sides.
And it turns out "Major attack" was in fact "limited action".
That is a very kind thing to say. Thank you very much.
