    Thomas Aquinas Part 1

Not at all. I believe he responded twice. Post #33 and 35. I was considering a counter response to them but got sidetracked. The discussion has brought others on board and I’m finding their comments interesting. Their points of view might only reflect my own.

    Thomas Aquinas Part 1

I think I’ll go ahead and respond to this (highlighted) now. Maybe I understood your argument, maybe I didn’t. Why is intelligence the eventual outcome of evolution? Evolution is a mindless force. What evolved could have been just as easily unintelligent. I’m unaware of any scientific evidence...

    Thomas Aquinas Part 1

I appreciate your response. I didn’t see it earlier and was working on responding to your answer to Tosca (which I’ll hold off on for now). I confess that it’s been ages since I’ve participated in discussions of this nature so pardon my missteps if I misunderstand your position. Over the course...

Thank you for the opportunity. I may regret it. :)

Lol. That’s ok. I still think I’ll give her first shot at your response. I might learn something.

    Thomas Aquinas Part 1

:) Thanks for your stamp of approval. Now if you can just convince scientists to accept it we can say scientists have proven the existence of god.

    Thomas Aquinas Part 1

I’d like to address your post to Tosca but I’ll let her have first dibs on it. I’ll address the point you made to me and see where it might lead. When we speak of “cause of everything” we’re primarily speaking of origins. There are scientific explanations for the origins of what we observe...

Nearly a Third of Democrats Believe the Election Was Stolen From Trump

I won’t begrudge you your right to be adamant in your beliefs but I do wonder if the right to have a diverse opinion is allowed in your “civil multicultural America”. It’s one of the bedrocks of America - difference of opinion. And it’s that very principal that makes this Board successful.

    The Obama Factor

I imagine not much. Maybe an occasional phone call, but Biden probably thinks he’s just as smart as Obama and definitely more experienced. Not sure how much butt hurt Joe’s feeling from not getting Obama’s full support early on.

    Hmm . . . Are you angry?

    Thomas Aquinas Part 1

I assume you meant “test of time”. I can’t, however, assume what you meant by that. Do you agree with Aquinas’ five arguments? 1&2 seem sound. 3-5 a bit more challenging.

Nearly a Third of Democrats Believe the Election Was Stolen From Trump

Blue I’m not sure what you’re referring to. The title of the thread states one third of Democrats polled believe the election was stolen from Trump. I didn’t see that supported in the cited article. This 76% number you’re referencing must be something I missed. In any case I don’t think the...

I did. At the last minute.
