    How are things at PF. i have a friend sitting here that may log in on PF tomorrow. She says HI. Katie arrived in town about two hours ago. She's tired and doesn't want to go on now. But she said maybe tomorrow.

    Hey Lita, I found the Tiki Tavern locked with a sign that said it had been moved. To join the Wanderers social group for access. I went to the social groups, but didn't see one named the Wanderers. Any suggestions?

    I am walking now for the first time since 1973 without a cane, canes or walker. I am tired but wow what a feeling. It is so good. Hugs xoxoxox

    I have been in a hot whirlpool tub today. I walked this morning down 10 steps and back up for 2 hours. It was hard to do but I made it up and down twice. That is an hour for ten steps. That is okay. I am getting by. Tomorrow I am back on the steps. Thanks for asking. I am working very hard. I will get this done. Hugs sweety.

    I have been very busy walking. I can do 60 or 70 steps without a break. I do that 6 or 7 times.

    I have been on meds at night for the soreness in my hips and lower back. That will go away as I get used to being up and about. The hip pain is only do to the weakness and will pass. Though it can be bad it is not nearly what I was going through before all the rebuilding.

    A couple of more days and I will be on a lesser amount of exercise. I will be on my legs at home starting next Monday. If all goes well over the weekend.

    Two left advisors are supposed to balance a mod team that could pose for a picture replacing the Nazi high command. Another job screwed up by the mods. They toss Mak and Tresha a bone and bring on Sir Thadd the nazi youth. LOL If I were Mak and Tresha I would have told you all to (*)(*)(*)(*) up a rope. That is such BS you treat two great posters like crap and toss them table scraps. LOL

    I was back at PF less than 3 hours and they deleted everything I posted and banned me again until the 8th. They may decide to make it longer or permanent. I got banned for telling the truth I guess.
