    Speculators for oil futures are driving the prices up. The possibility of a war in Iran or maybe that Iran will stop exporting oil to the USA and EU because of the nuclear talks. Speculators are preparing to make a lot of money from a shortage. Just an opinion I could be wrong.

    I already addressed this earlier in the post and admitted it doesn't happen often. Still i think its crap you have to pay taxes on stuff that has already been taxed. All items cars to cereal have a 20% to 25% tax built into them now . So it wouldn't change the price much or maybe not at all.
